If less than 8 weeks notice is given, there will be a 25% charge on Total amount.
For all other orders at least 48 hours notice is required for full refund (excluding all bank charges).
If less notice is given, a gift voucher is issued which must be used up within 90 days.
If you’re expecting a refund for any reason, please allow 5-10 working days for this to reflect on your bank account.
